Great Tournament Results

Sweetwater Fishing TV Gets Great Reviews and Great Viewership in Season 1

Bassmaster Southern Open #2 Starts Tomorrow on Alabama River

Prattville, Alabama – April 15, 2015; As Joey Nania prepares for the second of three Bassmaster Southern Open Series events (and celebrates his 24th birthday!) we thought to recap the season so far.  Joey (whether alone or in a team) managed to ‘make a check’ in half of his events so far this season.  Joey commented, “I am just working at being consistent and fishing solid tournaments.  With my guiding (averaging over 100 trips a year) and my pre fishing  I am spending a lot of time on the water and that makes for good solid fishing practice as the season moves along.  I feel comfortable on the water. It is fun to get checks in these events!”

On Sweetwater Fishing TV Joey comments, “We have been really happy with our first season of Sweetwater.  We are averaging over 150,000 households per week and getting lots of nice words from people Miles and I meet when we are at events, tournaments or just out and about.  The high quality of the program really has people talking and we are working hard to keep things rolling with our blogs at”

“I hope all of my fellow fishing fans will ‘like us on Facebook, re-tweet, post and follow’ as we are doing our best to bring useful information on fishing to you at all of our tournament events and personal appearances.” If you have yet to see an episode we hope you will take a moment to go see a few previously aired episodes at We think you will like it!
